These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LineKeeper by Aurcas (“LineKeeper,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including:
- the website located at linekeeper.site and related online pages (the “Site”);
- the public AI receptionist demonstration made available through the Site (the “Public Demo”); and
- any paid AI receptionist or call-handling implementation that we agree in writing to provide to a subscribing business (the “Client Services”).
Together, the Site, Public Demo, and Client Services are the “Services.”
Contact: contact@aurcas.com
By accessing the Site, launching the Public Demo, booking a meeting, or entering into an agreement for Client Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Important: Paid Client Services require a separate written order form, proposal, service agreement, or other written acceptance that describes the specific deployment, pricing, included functionality, usage terms, retention settings, and any additional commercial terms (a “Client Agreement”). If there is a conflict between these Terms and a Client Agreement, the Client Agreement governs for the applicable Client Services.
1. Eligibility and Authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms in order to use the Public Demo or contract for Client Services.
If you access or use the Services on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf and bind it to these Terms and any applicable Client Agreement.
The Services are intended for lawful business use. You may not use the Services if their use is prohibited in your location or for your intended purpose.
2. The Services
A. Site
The Site provides information about LineKeeper and enables prospective Clients to test a Public Demo or book a discussion about potential Client Services.
B. Public Demo
The Public Demo is a voice AI demonstration configured around a sample HVAC call experience. It is intended to let prospective Clients evaluate the style and general behaviour of an AI receptionist.
The Public Demo:
- is not a live HVAC contractor;
- is not a dispatch service;
- is not emergency support;
- does not create a service appointment;
- does not promise a technician visit, price, warranty determination, or availability;
- should be used only with pretend scenarios and non-sensitive information.
C. Client Services
If separately agreed in writing, LineKeeper may configure an AI receptionist or related call-handling workflow for a Client. Depending on the Client Agreement and completed setup, Client Services may include:
- after-hours answering;
- overflow call handling;
- inbound AI receptionist workflows;
- collection of caller-provided service-request details;
- call forwarding or routing supported by the Client’s telephone provider;
- call recordings, transcripts, summaries, or structured call records;
- notifications, handoffs, calendar connections, or other integrations where expressly configured and tested.
No feature is included or guaranteed merely because it is discussed on the Site. A feature is included in paid Client Services only if specified or approved in the applicable Client Agreement or implementation scope.
D. Third-Party Technology
LineKeeper may use third-party services to provide the Services, including Vapi for voice AI functionality, voice/transcription/model providers used in a configured call workflow, AWS for website or related infrastructure, Hostinger for domain or related website services, and Calendly when a user books a meeting.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or continuing compatibility of third-party services.
3. Public Demo Consent, Recording, and Data Use
Before launching the Public Demo, you will be shown a notice that the demonstration may be recorded and transcribed for evaluation and improvement purposes. You may proceed only after accepting the notice presented in the demo flow.
By choosing to continue into the Public Demo, you consent to the processing of the information you choose to provide in the demo, including audio, transcript, call metadata, and any generated summary or evaluation record, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Do Not Provide Real or Sensitive Information
You agree not to provide through the Public Demo:
- a real name, phone number, or home address;
- payment-card or financial account information;
- passwords or government identification information;
- health or medical information;
- information relating to an actual emergency or safety-critical incident;
- any information that you do not have the right to provide.
The Public Demo is not designed for real customer service requests. If you are facing an actual fire, suspected gas leak, carbon-monoxide alarm, medical emergency, or immediate danger, contact emergency services or the appropriate utility emergency line.
4. Client Responsibilities for Live Deployments
A Client that contracts for Client Services is responsible for its business, its callers, and its approved call workflow.
A Client agrees to:
- provide complete and accurate business information, hours, services, service areas, escalation rules, and approved caller-response instructions;
- review and approve the configured AI receptionist before using it with callers;
- identify what information may be collected from callers and ensure there is a lawful basis to do so;
- provide or approve legally appropriate notices and obtain any legally required consent for AI interaction, call recording, transcription, SMS, call transfer, or other configured functionality;
- ensure its use of call recordings, transcripts, summaries, exported data, integrations, and notifications complies with applicable law and its own privacy practices;
- monitor the deployment and provide appropriate human follow-up for callers and service requests;
- avoid instructing LineKeeper to provide technical diagnosis, false pricing, unauthorized warranty decisions, unsafe emergency guidance, or unlawful content;
- keep its own systems, integrations, telephone accounts, credentials, and exported information secure.
LineKeeper may provide suggested scripts, disclosure wording, prompts, or workflow recommendations, but these materials are not legal advice and do not guarantee compliance in every jurisdiction.
5. Calls, Recordings, Transcripts, and Retention
A. Public Demo
The Public Demo may generate audio recordings, transcripts, call logs, summaries, or structured outputs where enabled. We retain Public Demo call artifacts for 30 days after the interaction, subject to earlier deletion requests where feasible and lawful, deidentification, or limited extended retention needed for security, legal compliance, misuse investigation, or dispute resolution.
B. Live Client Deployments
Where enabled in an approved Client deployment, incoming calls may be recorded and transcribed to provide the service, allow appropriate follow-up, review quality, and support the configured workflow.
Unless the Client Agreement specifies another period, LineKeeper’s default retention period for Client deployment call recordings, transcripts, call logs, structured outputs, summaries, and retained caller information is 90 days after the relevant call, subject to legal, security, or dispute-resolution needs.
A Client is responsible for any call data it downloads, exports, receives in a notification, sends into a connected system, or otherwise stores independently of LineKeeper.
C. Vapi Processing
LineKeeper currently uses Vapi technology for the Public Demo and may use Vapi for Client Services. Vapi’s published materials state that, under its default data flow, call recordings, transcripts, call logs, and certain structured outputs are stored on Vapi infrastructure, and that retention depends on customer configuration. LineKeeper must operate appropriate configuration or deletion controls to meet the retention commitments stated in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
6. AI Features and Limitations
The Services use artificial intelligence, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and related technologies. These technologies may:
- misunderstand a caller;
- omit relevant information;
- generate incorrect, incomplete, inconsistent, delayed, or inappropriate responses;
- fail to detect urgency correctly;
- fail due to network, telephone, provider, or integration interruption.
A Client is responsible for testing the configured workflow and maintaining appropriate human oversight.
LineKeeper Is Not a Substitute For:
- emergency dispatch or emergency services;
- HVAC diagnosis or technical repair advice;
- warranty authorization or claim approval;
- legally binding quotes or pricing unless the Client expressly configures and approves such content;
- a human decision-maker where human involvement is required.
Do not rely on AI output for safety-critical, legal, medical, financial, insurance, or other high-impact decisions.
7. Call Forwarding, Telephone Numbers, Integrations, and Notifications
LineKeeper may be used with call-forwarding or routing arrangements that connect a Client’s existing business number to an approved AI receptionist workflow. The availability, reliability, cost, and configuration of call forwarding depend on the Client’s telephone provider and selected technical setup.
Where a Client Agreement includes notifications, calendar connections, CRM connections, SMS, transfers, or other integrations:
- the integration must be expressly configured and tested;
- the Client must maintain its applicable third-party accounts and permissions;
- the Client remains responsible for the content and lawful use of outgoing communications and exported caller data;
- LineKeeper is not responsible for outages, errors, changes, or restrictions imposed by third-party providers.
SMS
The Public Demo does not enrol users in text-message marketing.
SMS functionality for Client Services is not included unless expressly agreed and configured. If enabled, the Client is responsible for providing required disclosures, collecting required consent, maintaining opt-out processes, and complying with applicable communications laws.
8. Payment Information
The Public Demo is not intended to collect or process payment information. You must not state payment-card numbers or other financial account information in a Public Demo interaction.
Fees for Client Services, payment arrangements, usage allowances, overages, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and applicable taxes must be stated in a Client Agreement or invoice arrangement. LineKeeper may use a third-party payment or invoicing service for Client payments, subject to that provider’s applicable terms and privacy practices.
9. Client Fees, Subscription, and Cancellation
LineKeeper does not offer a binding public subscription plan merely by making the Site or Public Demo available.
For Client Services:
- fees, usage limits, setup charges, payment timing, renewal terms, and any overage fees are set out in the Client Agreement;
- the Client must pay all amounts due under the Client Agreement;
- cancellation and termination rights are governed by the Client Agreement;
- unless otherwise expressly agreed, third-party usage or service costs incurred in delivering an active deployment may not be refundable.
Do not assume any pricing, free trial, included minutes, refund right, or cancellation period unless stated in the written Client Agreement applicable to your deployment.
10. Business Information and Client Data
A. Client Business Information
A Client may provide business information used to configure its receptionist, including public website content, business listings, services, hours, FAQs, coverage area, escalation instructions, and approved scripts (“Client Business Information”).
The Client represents that it has the right to provide and authorize use of the Client Business Information for delivering its configured service.
B. Caller Information and Call Records
As between LineKeeper and a Client, and subject to applicable law and the Client Agreement, the Client retains its rights in caller information and call records generated for the Client’s deployment. The Client authorizes LineKeeper and its service providers to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, support, troubleshoot, and improve the configured Client Services, meet retention obligations, comply with law, and enforce agreements.
C. Public Demo Data
Public Demo data is processed under our Privacy Policy for operating, evaluating, securing, and improving the demonstration. Do not provide real personal information in a Public Demo.
D. Deidentified and Aggregated Information
LineKeeper may use information that has been reasonably deidentified or aggregated so it no longer reasonably identifies an individual or Client caller to analyze product performance, improve workflows, and develop business insights, subject to applicable law.
11. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Uses
You may not access or use the Services to:
- violate any applicable law, regulation, consent obligation, or third-party right;
- submit information you do not have permission to submit;
- collect, transmit, or process payment-card information, health information, government identification data, passwords, or other highly sensitive data through the Public Demo;
- impersonate another person or business or misrepresent the AI receptionist as emergency services;
- generate unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, discriminatory, threatening, obscene, or harmful communications;
- give or request unsafe emergency instructions;
- interfere with, reverse engineer, probe, attack, or circumvent security of the Site or Services;
- distribute malware, spam, unauthorized automated communications, or otherwise misuse integrations;
- use the Services for outbound telemarketing, automated promotional calls, cold SMS, or other regulated outreach unless expressly approved in writing and separately reviewed for compliance.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe the Services are being misused, threaten security, or expose LineKeeper, Clients, callers, or third parties to harm or legal risk.
12. Intellectual Property
The Site, LineKeeper brand, software configurations, original text, visual design, logos, workflows, prompts, and other materials provided by LineKeeper, excluding Client-owned information and third-party materials, are owned by or licensed to LineKeeper by Aurcas and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Site and Public Demo for internal evaluation of the Services and, for Clients, to use the applicable Client Services during the term of the Client Agreement.
You may not reproduce, resell, sublicense, copy, scrape, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative commercial services from our Services or materials except as expressly permitted in writing.
Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback about LineKeeper, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve or promote our Services without an obligation to compensate you, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
13. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the LineKeeper Privacy Policy, available on the Site. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy and, where required, provided consent through the applicable notice or workflow.
A Client is responsible for its own privacy notice and privacy obligations concerning its customers and callers. LineKeeper’s Privacy Policy does not replace a Client’s required customer disclosures.
14. Availability, Changes, and Support
The Services may depend on telecommunications networks, internet availability, third-party AI and voice providers, hosting providers, integrations, and Client systems. These dependencies may cause interruptions, delay, degraded performance, missed connections, inaccurate transcripts, failed notifications, or service unavailability.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the Site or Public Demo at any time. For paid Client Services, material service changes will be handled according to the Client Agreement.
We do not guarantee that the Public Demo or a deployed AI receptionist will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business scenario.
15. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND PUBLIC DEMO ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.
LINEKEEPER DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AVAILABILITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
THE PUBLIC DEMO IS PROVIDED FOR EVALUATION ONLY. IT IS NOT AN HVAC PROVIDER, EMERGENCY SERVICE, WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR, CUSTOMER-SERVICE COMMITMENT, OR GUARANTEE OF THE PERFORMANCE OF A LIVE CLIENT DEPLOYMENT.
Any warranties, service commitments, or remedies applicable to paid Client Services must be stated in the applicable Client Agreement.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LINEKEEPER BY AURCAS AND ITS TEAM MEMBERS, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, DATA, CALLS, APPOINTMENTS, CUSTOMERS, OR OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PUBLIC DEMO.
FOR USE OF THE SITE OR PUBLIC DEMO WHERE NO FEES HAVE BEEN PAID, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THAT USE WILL NOT EXCEED US $100, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Liability terms for paid Client Services should be set out in the applicable Client Agreement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
17. Indemnification by Clients
A Client agrees, to the extent permitted by applicable law and as further stated in any Client Agreement, to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LineKeeper by Aurcas and its team members, contractors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, costs, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:
- the Client’s business, services, or relationship with its callers;
- the Client’s call scripts, business information, instructions, integrations, or exported data;
- the Client’s failure to give required notices or obtain required consent;
- the Client’s use of recordings, transcripts, SMS, notifications, calls, or personal information in violation of law or its own policies;
- the Client’s misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms or the Client Agreement.
This section does not require indemnification for liability caused solely by LineKeeper’s own unlawful conduct where indemnification is prohibited by applicable law.
18. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Public Demo or Site if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, created security risk, used the Services unlawfully, or harmed others.
Paid Client Services may be suspended or terminated according to the Client Agreement, including for nonpayment, misuse, unlawful configuration, security concerns, or breach of applicable terms.
After termination of a Client deployment, call-data access and deletion will be handled according to the Client Agreement and our Privacy Policy. Unless another written retention term applies, the default call-data retention rule described in Section 5 remains applicable.
19. Governing Terms and Disputes
For use of the public Site and Public Demo, these Terms apply subject to any mandatory rights and remedies available under applicable law.
For paid Client Services, the governing law, dispute-resolution process, venue, notice procedure, payment enforcement, and any arbitration or court-selection terms must be stated in the applicable Client Agreement accepted by LineKeeper and the Client.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable legal rights of a user, caller, or Client.
20. International Use and Processing
LineKeeper by Aurcas is operated by a remote team that may include personnel located in Pakistan. The Services may rely on technology providers or infrastructure in the United States or other jurisdictions.
If you use the Public Demo or contract for Client Services, information may be transferred to or processed in jurisdictions different from your own, as further explained in our Privacy Policy.
A Client is responsible for determining whether its chosen deployment, caller locations, disclosures, and cross-border processing arrangements comply with laws applicable to its business.
21. Electronic Communications
By submitting an inquiry, booking a meeting, or entering into a Client Agreement electronically, you consent to receiving communications electronically at the contact information you provide. You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact details.
Marketing communications may be opted out of as described in our Privacy Policy. Necessary service, support, contractual, security, or administrative communications may still be sent where applicable.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site and updating the “Last Updated” date. Changes apply to future Site or Public Demo use after posting, subject to applicable law.
Changes to paid Client Services will be governed by the applicable Client Agreement or separately accepted written terms.
23. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
You may not assign rights or obligations under a paid Client Agreement without our written consent, except as stated in that agreement. LineKeeper may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or transfer of its business or assets.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Client Agreement, constitute the applicable agreement regarding the Services addressed by them.
